The Bisley-with-Lypiatt Neighbourhood Plan is moving towards completion.  We now have a full draft of the Neighbourhood Plan but before it is submitted, we need your feedback.  Please read the draft Bisley-with-Lypiatt Neighbourhood Plan before sharing your feedback.  The seven-week public consultation begins on 13th October 2025 and ends on 28th November 2025.  The survey questions are linked to pages in the Neighbourhood Plan so you might find it useful to have a copy of it to hand.

Response Form

This response form contains 21 questions and should take around 5 minutes to complete.  You don’t need to answer all the questions.

Once the consultation period is closed, Bisley-with-Lypiatt Parish Council and the Steering Group will gather together all the comments received and agree how the plan is to be amended as a result.

Communication regarding progress of the Plan and amendments to be made will be publicised. No individual responses will be given.
