BISLEY-WITH-LYPIATT DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN : PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Notice of Regulation 14 Consultation on the Bisley-with-Lypiatt Parish council Neighbourhood Plan In accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
Bisley-with-Lypiatt Parish Council are pleased to announce that after many years work we will be publishing our Parish Draft Neighbourhood Plan for Public consultation in October 2025.
The consultation will run for seven weeks from 13th October to 28th November 2025.
Once adopted by the Local Planning authority our neighbourhood Plan becomes a legal Planning document and whilst it must align with National and Local Planning Policy it will give our community a voice in how we wish to see development approached in our Parish.
We encourage everyone to have a read through and to make comments should you wish to do so.
The BWL Draft Neighbourhood Plan will be made available as follows –
- To read and download on the dedicated Neigbourhood plan website bisleyeastcombeoakridge-ndp2030.org.uk
- A hard copy will be placed in each of the village halls at Bisley, Eastcombe and Oakridge (please do not remove)
- A hard copy can be borrowed from the Clerk’s office (strictly by appointment please) at office address.
- A hard copy will be placed in the following pubs (please do not remove): The Lamb in Eastcombe, The Bear and Stirrup Cup in Bisley and The Butchers Arms in Oakridge Lynch.
The Parish Council will be holding three drop-in sessions, one at each village hall between 7pm and 9pm on 28th October (Oakridge Lynch), 4th November (Bisley) and 11th November (Eastcombe) hosted by the NP steering group councillors. Please do come and ask us questions.
